The Ascension
The trio of Nymphs, are cast in distinct roles, in their reflections of this timeless land.
The first, sits in reflective
contemplation of her surroundings, unaware of the ascension of the industrial Saviour, born of man and his wasteful behaviour and created to replace the true God, to satisfy mans' own craving for power and domination, but spirited away when true realisation comes to fruition.
The second, tries to wind up the mechanical inventiveness of an extinct icon, while the hands of time lie broken on the sand.
The third, lies just out of sight, gazing to the horizon,
in a hope of a new future and a paradigm shift.
